1. Scope

These Terms apply to use of drapvyn.com and purchases made from DrapVyn. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with the policies referenced on the website.

2. Website Use

You may use the website for lawful personal shopping and information purposes. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use content in a way that infringes applicable rights.

3. Product Information

We aim to present product descriptions, images, sizes and availability accurately. Minor differences in colour or appearance may arise from screens, photography, production or material characteristics. Product-specific information on the product page should be reviewed before purchase.

4. Prices and Taxes

Displayed product prices include applicable tax according to the website pricing configuration. Tax treatment does not mean that every destination-country customs duty or import charge is included.

5. Orders

An order is an offer to purchase the products shown in the order summary. You are responsible for checking product, quantity, contact and delivery information before submitting the order.

6. Order Acceptance

An order is accepted when it has been confirmed for fulfilment or otherwise accepted by us. We may decline an order where reasonably necessary, including for payment, availability, fraud-prevention or delivery limitations, subject to applicable law.

7. Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

8. Cancellation

You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting support@drapvyn.com. After dispatch, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Mandatory statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

9. Address Changes

You may request a delivery-address change before dispatch. After dispatch, changes are not guaranteed and may depend on the carrier once it has received the parcel.

10. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. Primary card methods are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club. Transactions are processed in EUR (Euro). Methods actually shown at Payment or Checkout take priority.

11. Shipping Fees

Standard shipping is 6$ when the free-shipping threshold is not met.

12. Free Shipping

Orders reaching 50 qualify for free standard shipping.

13. Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days.

14. Estimated Delivery

Estimated transit is 7–15 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date and may vary with destination, carrier operations, customs, peak periods, weather, public holidays and other circumstances outside reasonable control.

15. Tracking

All orders include shipment tracking. Tracking information is provided after dispatch when tracking data becomes available.

16. Customs and Import Duties

Where an international destination imposes customs duty, import charges or customs-handling charges, those amounts are the customer’s responsibility unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.

17. Lost Parcels

If a parcel appears lost, contact customer support. We review tracking and investigate with the relevant carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, an appropriate resolution will be offered through reshipment or refund.

18. EU Right of Withdrawal

For eligible distance purchases by EU consumers, a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal generally applies from receipt of goods. Ordinary withdrawal does not require a reason. The customer may bear return shipping where this was clearly disclosed before purchase.

19. Returns

For eligible normal returns, contact support@drapvyn.com within 14 calendar days after receipt to register the return. Do not send goods to the registered company address unless the return instructions expressly direct you there.

20. Return Shipping

For change-of-mind and other normal non-defective returns, the customer pays return shipping. For damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete goods, the merchant pays the applicable return shipping cost. No restocking fee is charged.

21. Exchanges

Direct exchanges are supported. For normal exchanges, the customer pays both return shipping and replacement shipping. For damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete goods, the merchant pays applicable return and replacement shipping.

22. Defective / Incorrect / Incomplete Goods

If goods are damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, contact customer support. Appropriate remedies and necessary shipping costs are handled without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

23. Refunds

After returned goods are received and the necessary review is completed, approved refunds have a merchant processing target of within 7 business days. This target does not extend or replace any mandatory statutory refund deadline. Approved refunds are generally made to the original payment method.

24. Personalised Goods Exception Where Applicable

If clearly personalised, custom-made or made-to-order goods are offered in the future, they may fall within a statutory withdrawal exception where applicable law permits. That exception does not remove rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect goods, merchant production error or other mandatory statutory rights.

25. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits Mandatory Statutory Consumer Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or reduced.

26. Intellectual Property

Website text, graphics, layout and other protected content may be used only as permitted by applicable intellectual-property law or with permission from the relevant rights holder.

27. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, liability may be limited where permitted for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or are caused by circumstances outside reasonable control.

28. Privacy

29. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on the website with its last-updated date applies from the date stated, subject to applicable consumer law and rights already accrued.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in another competent court or requires another forum, that mandatory rule prevails.
